If you are a Customer of a Loonio User (“Customer”), your agreement with the relevant Loonio User will explain how the Loonio User shares your information with Loonio.
This Privacy Policy governs the gathering, use, and disclosure of Data, including, but not limited to, the accessing, participation, and/or utilization of Loonio Services (“Services”) and/or Websites (“Websites”). By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you expressly consent to the use of your Data in accordance with this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, you are requested to not provide any Personal Data to Loonio, and to not register for Loonio Services.

You are entitled to object to us Processing your Personal Data. You may also ask for an overview and/or copy of your information, to correct or delete certain Data, and/or to restrict Processing of your Personal Data. You may also ask us to share or transfer your information, where technically feasible and commercially reasonable, to other organizations that have sufficient data and privacy policies in place to protect your Data. In some cases, while we may have obtained your consent to Process your Personal Data, you can withdraw this consent.
We shall not delete Data which we are required by law to keep, or that which is held due to a business agreement with you.
